  Every time I stop in, the associates have no idea how to help me. They always have to ask a manager or call support. The associates need more training.

  I originally gave this store 5 stars. However, after purchasing my new phone here they took advantage of me by adding elements to my bill that I did not agree to. This is called stuffing and shows how dishonest the employees are that work here. I would highly advise you just use the T-Mobile website as opposed to this location. Thankfully I was able to eliminate these services from my bill. I just can't stand the dishonesty. I left AT&T to escape this kind of scummy behavior.
