  Top notch customer service, a breath of fresh air! I had purchased an iPhone 8 at AT&T in Florida, for my brother in NY. Took the phone to Dutchess Tpk AT&T when I arrived in Poughkeepsie, for assistance with setting it up (I'm not an iPhone user, so needed help with the even the basics). I dealt mostly with Nancy, but ALL of the reps were courteous, knowledgable, helpful, respectful, understanding, and patient with me every step of the way. Not only did they set everything up for me, they made sure I understood what they did, and how to change it if I chose to. DEFinitely provided the remarkable customer service!
