I visited the store in September and purchased a bracelet. The bracelet broke months later (ps don’t give delicate bracelets to athletic 13 year old girls, just a tip), Jen was amazing and accommodating and helped me get the bracelet replaced. This store is a must-visit anytime I’m in the area, I’m a fan for life!
