  This is for sears repair service. my 2 year old fridge needed a new compressor. lets put it this way- it broke mid november and 2 months later its still not fixed. appointments not kept-"truck broke down" - after took day off from work to wait- parts not delivered on time ,etc. finally got the compressor in and that evening- new error code and no fan - another 2 week wait probably for another "diagnosis" and then another 2 week wait for repair - seems to be the pattern. that will put me 3 months out without proper function refrigerator. Been keeping food cold in garage when it doesnt freeze. i will NEVER BUY FROM SEARS AGAIN.they deserve to go out of business with their worse than poor customer service
