  brought a single pair of levis back-wrong size. had receipt, had correct pair of pants in hand, lets do the simplest exchange ever. lets just say it wasn't to be. she got the math wrong, and then wanted to stand pat and get pissy. 50-25=25, lady,... and there aint no other answer!! well,... when her manager got there it got solved, but with no apology, just a faint growl. -and then she bagged the pants and threw them at me! WTG penneys!! the pants I wanted were 60 dollars regular shelf price,...(disgustingly high mark up) Walmart sells them for 17!! SEVENTEEN!!!!. (dickies carpenter jeans with the hammer loop on the side) ----will be a ice cold day in hell when you see me go into another j.c.penneys. IM DONE!!!!! (oh,... the coffee spilled on the floor in the main entrance? it was still there 45 minutes later when I left. what a disgrace. this was the MAIN ENTRANCE!!!) I hope they get sued to hell and back.
