  They did show up on there time. I felt the employee who attempted to repair our appliance didn't know enough in trouble shooting and basically chose the easy route by saying purchase a new one. When they came to install it, the approach from entering the door until I left was uncomfortable for my family and I. I would ask if you have a problem try to find another repair service who is actually willing to remove the trash that they leave and are going to attempt to do a repair without sarcasm and with knowledge.
